As for me, the location was marvellous and unbeatable, right by stores, a Starbucks, and the restaurants. The staff was informative & understanding...

All the staff members are amiable and excellent.

We enjoyed the spacious room and friendly staff . Plus, we had a blast exploring the nearby beach and spotted some adorable whales during our day out. Staying with my cousin made it even more nice.

In my kids' opinion, having more kid-friendly activities on site would be great.

The hotel's location was magnificent, short walk to the shops and the restaurants as well as glass beach. The unit we got was good-sized and brand-new with computer and comfortable beds plus a fridge.

We didn't like that there was lobby missing, were a little disappointed.

The room was brand-new with three beds when upgraded. The venue was in a central location near Fort Bragg, glass beach and North up the coast. The pool was heated, the staff here was polite.

- Remodeled, clean and comfortable rooms - decent pool and jacuzzi open until 11pm - good location - close to basically everything ... the city, beach, shopping

- Carpet in the room could be cleaner

The jacuzzi in my room was a fantastic surprise, and I really enjoyed how clean and comfy the bed was. The convenient location made exploring nearby attractions easy, and I loved the vibe of the area.

The staff were friendly, particularly Pedro at check-in, who provided great recommendations for dining and activities. The room was spacious with three beds, great for sharing, but the overall condition of the hotel felt neglected, needing updates.

It was convenient and affordable, as well as clean and comfortable. It's a Motel 6, so it's nothing fancy, but it provided a safe, reliable, clean, comfy room at a decent price, and I was pretty much only there to shower and sleep, so it was exactly what I needed.

everyone was amiable and helpful. the room was non-smoking with comfortable beds. the best part was the continental breakfast. the accommodation had a central location in a nice area.

The location was AMAZING, just a short drive to the beach 🌊 The room was clean but felt a bit outdated. Wish there were more dining options close by.

Our first night was great, the second night was so noisey that we couldn't sleep at all ... I don't know why this was not handled. When we returned from our day tripping before the 3rd night, I went to the front desk and asked if the same people were surrounding us, she replied "yes". I requested either a refund or a different room, and she immediately accommodated us to a different room. This room was awesome. I will request that room from this point on! Your front desk guy Trent was great, and helpful, and gave us good information on where to eat and find other stuff in town.

The aforementioned 2nd night! When I reported the problem, the lady at the desk said "yeah, I heard it was pretty bad" .... why was the problem not handled? I know there was alot of drinking, running and hollering going on.
